As part of our award-winning Commercial/Sales team, you’ll play a key role in costing and pricing our industry-leading products, working with teams across the business to ensure competitive, accurate, and profitable estimates.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:

• Cost Estimation: Analyse project requirements, materials, and labour costs to prepare accurate quotes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Design, and Production teams to align pricing with business needs.
• Technical Understanding: Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure precision in costing.
• Software Use: Create detailed build specification sheets using our bespoke estimating software (full training provided).
• Customer Support: Assist the Sales team by preparing documentation and ensuring accurate cost breakdowns.

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong numerical ability and logical thinking.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ideally has experience in estimating, costing, sales, or a related field (but full training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required.
